Yes, we offer online therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, making it easier to access support from the comfort of your home. If you prefer in-person sessions, we offer that option as well
Yes, we offer couples and family therapy as well. If you're seeking support for relationship issues, it's often beneficial to involve those directly involved. Please let us know if you'd like to bring someone along, and we can tailor the session to meet your needs.
Yes, everything you share in counseling is confidential, and we adhere to strict ethical guidelines to protect your privacy. There are some exceptions, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, but we will discuss confidentiality in more detail at the start of our work together.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client and helps keep the process smooth for everyone.
